Easy and the Best Ways to Finding Peace and Happiness in Life and In Times of Crisis and Against All Odds

1. Contexts of violent, intractable conflict, disturbed mentality such as those present in life represent times of severe crisis. Reducing the high indices of such negativity is very urgent, but the attempts of establishing peaceful arrangements in the short term most likely to fail. So wr need to know and learn about peace education. Unfortunately, however, peace education in times of severe crisis also faces many impediments. These impediments concern the agential, cultural, financial, and legal aspects of educative institutions within context of violent and intractable conflicts. Although these impediments strongly put into question the practice of peace education. However I shall make an endeavour to inform you as to how easily and the best ways to live in peace in life despite many odds that are enumerated below:

Science of Happiness

2. Happiness is a choice. I’ve come to realize that happiness is a content, accepting and grateful state of mind that human beings choose to be in. I define happiness as an alignment to one’s spirituality as well as with one’s life meaning. I’ve awakened to the idea that happiness is available to us if we choose to allow it to be. After realizing this, I then immediately sought to change my perspective on happiness. Therefore, instead of constantly seeking the next success and not enjoying it, I actually began to savor each successful moment.

Perspective on Happiness 

3. Now, my new perspective on happiness has helped me to accept and embrace the disheartening times. I realize that even if bad things happen, I don’t have to shut out the world. I don’t have to completely loose my happiness state. I wholeheartedly believe that we each have the power to change our thoughts and attitudes about every situation. I think that we should never allow failure, suffering or terrible relationships to stop us from pursuing and structuring happiness within our lives. Perhaps, we cannot always choose to be immensely happy at every moment but we can continuously choose to be happy.

Breathing Control

4. Just breathe. Slow breathing can help you to relax, relieve anxiety and prevent a panic attack. It is the fastest way to gain control of the situation. Breathing can make your stress level lower and calm your body down.

Adequate Rest

5. Sleep as adequate. Develop good sleep habits and go to bed early while turning off your electronic devices before that. Getting enough sleep plays a major role in how your mind works. Our minds can not think clearly if they aren’t rested.

Outline Plan

6. Make a plan for anything in life. By planning ahead you can clarify your most important priorities. You will experience less stress and become more productive. Also, you will be clearer about what to do next.

No Hurry

7. There is no need to rush. Take all the time you need. Do everything quietly and in a calm spirit. By being hurry, we make more mistakes. Take one step at a time. Do not loose your inner peace for anything whatsoever.

Choose One Task at a Time

8. Choose and focus on one task instead of multi task ata atime. Concentrate on your inner peace and use dissertation editing services. Multi-tasking is not going to help you in finding peace, but will lead to chaos.

Create a Peaceful Atmosphere 

9. In today’s busy world, stress is always present, but your home shouldn’t make you feel stressed. There are lots of things that you can do to make your home feel much more relaxed and happy. For a start, let in as much natural light as possible!

Think Positive

10. Sometimes it feels like we are all alone in this big world. We can lose our job, our relationships can fall apart and our worries will never go away. But this way of thinking just makes us miserable. What is more, you are not alone – everyone in this world has their own problems. Yes, sometimes you have a bad day but life goes on, up and down all the time. It’s like a carousel. All you need to do is just stay on and be positive

Learn to be Courageous

11. It takes a lot of wisdom to accept the things, the things which you can not change or which is not under your control and change the things you can. One of the happiest and the most peaceful moments in life is when you find the courage to let go of what you can not change. Peaceful mind peaceful life.

Don't Guess

12. Stop guessing and start asking. Being afraid is not a solution and it’s not helpful at all. Sometimes it seems like guessing is an easier option, but reading minds is pretty much impossible. To improve the way you communicate, start by asking questions.

Relationship with Allah

13. We must try heart and soul to build a relationship with Almighty Allah. For me, I’ve realized that my relationship with Allah/ God gives me the strength to understand how life is just an experience. His eternal love will bring any individual through any obstacle. In fact, I have been in a constant search for happiness. But I later realized that I truly did not understand why I was seeking Him. I have begun to confide in Him at every moment despite all of the disheartening challenges. I believe that it is through seeking Him that we can understand our mission on this earth, our callings and most importantly, the love that He has for us.

Conclusion

14. Many people don’t know where to begin and can not imagine how to have peace of mind. But with the things and following the same, I have enumerated above, you will definitely be able to make some changes in your life to get peace in mind. Whether that’s small changes in your lifestyle or big changes, you will make your life better. Instead of worrying about the past and panicking about the future, enjoy your life today. It feels like it’s really hard to do but you just need to start. Of course, life can’t be perfect all the time with all this craziness around. Chaos comes in many shapes and forms and we will never be able to control everything. But the important thing is that you do at least one tiny thing every day to achieve your peace of life.
