As such you should make up your mind in choosing positive people, with people who are optimistic and happy. Don't ever learn negativity from the negative peple rather infuse positivity in them. Or else, you may avoid negative people.

3. Read books, magazines, newspapers and articles that gives you enhanced knowledge that are inspirational, educational or motivational. Besides you should feed your mind with all the positive information's, ideas and thoughts that make you feel happy and more confident about yourself. Give your mind continually with positive messages that help you think and act better and make you more capable and competent in all aspects.

Fewer people are having the patience or fortitude to see things through with love and insight. Every day you should pass with the feeling that you have learnt something new and grown from it. Even if your learning is just to see something in a new light or gain a new perspective, at least you have expanded your thinking. This cannot happen if you always believe that you are the one who is right and therefore no one can teach you anything. You have to be to be open and engaging otherwise your capacity shrinks rather than expands.

Extending the capability and capacity of the soul is essential in order to deal with life in today’s world but it requires a deep level of positive understanding and commitment of your self progress and well being. Grow spiritually by giving. Stretch our capacity, by dropping your negative aspects and by accommodating and adjusting being flexible and flowing. As you expand out of your comfort zone, you will truly feel that you are living and not just living for yourselves. There is a lot life can teach me if you are willing to learn.
