1. Wake Up Early. Waking up early makes you healthy, wealthy and wise. Focus on making small and continuous improvements. Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small pieces. As the saying goes, the early bird always gets the worm. Successful individuals do not sleep in late or take a day off. They work very passionately and hard every day until they attain their goals.
2. Keep Active. Keeping physically active provides greater blood flow to the brain, improved focus and enhanced alertness. Make physical training a regular portion of your
life and boost your opportunities at success.
3. Meditate. The results are awesome. Have better sleep, improved relationships with
spouses, children, coworkers etc. Successful people take time to meditate.
4. Balanced Lives. To achieve wonderful things in life, you need to maintain balance. Successful people keep a balance with making money, spending time with their family and loved ones, and achieving personal goals.
5. Keep Track of Progress. Set goals, reflect and learn from mistakes. Prepare a map to accomplish great things. Sometimes, this notebook or journal is the map they need.
6. Create Success. You have to earn the right to be successful. You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct, and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.
7. Have Successful Friends. Keep company with mentors and other successful people. You are encouraged to find your tribe and make a difference in all of your lives.
8. Inspire Others To Be Successful. The most respected persons help others to achieve their best and enables them to unlock their highest potential. The really successful people in life always get to the top because they made changes in the lives of others, not their own.
9. Have A Consistent Schedule. Have faith that a consistent schedule helps with prioritization and focusing on what is important. With a consistent schedule, you are better driven to achieve success.
10. Have A Detailed Plan. Prepare and write down top three/four things you want to accomplish the next day. Begins each day with this list.
11. Procrastinate or Make Excuses. Never makers excuses. Your mind is your greatest enemy. Successful people do not take chances. They take action and get the tough assignments done first. Don't provide you reason to make excuses under any circumstances. Move ahead and put it behind you. Utilize it as motivation and use this time to grow and learn.
12. Adhere to Principles. Identify which principles you have to guide your life through the rough times and the good times. Your morals and principles should not change, no matter what.
13. Self Confidence. I can't stress how vital it is to have unbreakable faith in yourself. A
ot of people question if their dream will ever come true. Strong people have unbreakable faith and know what they're doing is right.
14. Have a Reason. You'd be surprised how insecure most successful individuals are. What motivates most of them to succeed is wanting to prove something to other people. From that insecurity emerges a need to elevate their status and develop change, a need so strong that failure is not an option. If you have a desire to be successful you must have that powerful driving force to remain motivated.
15. Never Give Up. Quitting never should be an option. The only time you ought to stop is when you have attained your goal. Then, develop a new goal.
16. Relentless Study. There is no alternative of relentless study. Never waste waste a single minute. Take hours to study to perfection. Humble yourself and understand your craft better than anybody else. Becoming a drone and merely going through the motions isn't any way to accomplish greatness. You must study your craft assuming success is something you want.
17. Take Risk. No risk, no gain as the saying goes. It really takes guts to risk everything,
yet ultimately that is what you need to do. If you believe in what you're doing, there shouldn't be any fear in betting your life on it. Take risks if you really want to see reward.
18. Regular Exercise. One of the keystone habits/ Exercise patterns that leads to transformation of other areas of life and that is the most powerful habits to change in other patterns is regular physical activity. Study shows that physical activity may lead to reduce to overeating, smoking, alcohol consumption etc.
19. Express Gratitude. We spend too much time wanting things. The habit of gratitude’s help to move us away from constantly wanting what we don’t have and toward appreciating what we so have.
20. Forgiveness. By forgiving, we let go of negativity that zaps our ability to self-controlled.
