Wake Up Early
1. Time has the strange tendency of running away from you and successful people often watch their days become consumed by phone calls, meetings, and emergencies from the moment they walk into the office. Early mornings, on the other hand, are much easier to control. This is why, most successful people in the world wake up before the sun rises and is out of bed bright squeezing as much time out of the day as they can. Do some stretching. Studies show that a quick stretch can increase your blood flow, improve your posture, give you more energy, and even help with aches and pains.

Making your bed every morning is correlated with increased productivity. This is a keystone habit. It will set off a chain reaction of other good habits. In other words, making your bed doesn’t magically make you get more work done, but it does set the day up for increased productivity and motivation. It only takes a moment or two, but it can yield hours of increased productivity throughout the day. Taking five to 10 minutes to make your bed and organize your space will also help you feel so much calmer, no matter what the day ahead brings.

'Most people aren’t very alert when they wake up, so having a prelaid plan of your day will help,' he says. Planning your day the night before helps stay you on track once your hectic work hours have set in.

We know it’s tempting to enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee, but before you even get there, grab a glass of water and bottoms up. A 2012 study by the University of Connecticut showed that even mild dehydration caused difficulty in concentrating.

Gather Thoughts
Enjoy some time quietly milling around your room, that should be the the way of greeting the day and gathering thoughts. Take Shower. Most creative ideas find their way into our brains while we're taking a shower. It's a combination of the neurotransmitter dopamine that's triggered in our brains by the warm water, our relaxed state, and the distraction from our normal, busy self talk that does the trick.
